Do you service my area?

Are you looking for a cleaning and do you live in the greater Victoria, Langford, Colwood, Sidney or Saanich ? In Short YES!  For long distance cleans such as Sooke travel charges may apply but feel free to call us to be sure.

How Many Cleaners Do You Send?

Most appointments include 2 approved cleaners, but on occasion 1 cleaner or 3 cleaners may arrive for your appointment.

How much will it cost?

Good question! Our pricing is super simple and straight forward, we base the price on the number of bedrooms you have. We have been doing this for quite some time and typically our estimates are withing 15-30 minutes of our estimate. Dont worry though if you keep a tidy house we will only bill you for the time we are there!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Of course we do! All of our own supplies are included in the price 🙂 We also try and use green products where ever possible. Please understand in certain situations such as interior of ovens green products are not always available. We are also happy to use any of your own products if there is a certain product you prefer!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Moving Furniture , Lifting Objects

Our cleaning providers do not use ladders or move anything heavier than 30 lbs.  If you would like your cleaners to clean behind large items such as an oven, refrigerator, or large furniture, please move those items prior to your appointment to allow access to the area.

How do I change my address?

Did you Move? Congrats! If you need to change your address of frequency of cleaning please call us at 250-999-2784. You can also send us a email but calling is the best for these types of changes.

How do I change my credit card?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I book my first appointment?

Its super simple! You can either book online in under 60 seconds or call us at 250-999-2784.

What happens if I want to cancel my reoccurring cleaning?

Simple, Just send us a quick email or give us a quick call and we can change the date/time or cancel all together. No contracts no penalties if you call within 48/h of your next appointment!

All of our cleaners are thoroughly vetted, we perform a background check and they each go through extensive training to ensure they are ready to make out customers happy.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Very Secure! We use a third party program called Stripe. Stripe powers commerce for thousands of sites across the web. You can rest assured your personal details are not shared with anyone!

Absolutely, we make sure to only hire cleaners with the up-most professionalism, clean abstract and are dependable. We understand it takes a lot to trust someone with your house so we do absolutely everything we can to put your mind at ease.
